MFC Delivers Seamless End-to-End Logistics Solution from Dubai, UAE to Batam, Indonesia

The MFC Freight team successfully completed an air charter and multimodal logistics operation supporting the movement of 20 industrial pipes of 12m lengths from Dubai to the consignee's door in Batam, Indonesia.

Singapore Changi Airport was used as the destination airport and the cargo was transferred to Jurong Port for onward shipment to Batu Ampar, Batam.

The scope of work covered:

  • Crating and export packing of 20 pipes.
  • Air charter coordination and cargo handling.
  • Airport-to-port transfer in Singapore.
  • Sea freight movement from Jurong Port to Batu Ampar.
  • Final-mile delivery to the consignee.

Thanks to detailed planning and close collaboration across all stakeholders, especially considering the regional challenges, the project operation was completed safely and on schedule, demonstrating the MFC capability to deliver complex, end-to-end logistics solutions across multiple transport modes, worldwide.
