We are looking for a Coordinator – Logistics to join the MFC Contract Logistics Team. The role will include the following responsibilities:

•    Single point of contact for assigned customer accounts
•    Arrange collection of documents from clients for import/export operations.
•    Open job files and update Warehouse Management System with accurate data.
•    Manage the movement of products/equipments/materials in and/or out of the country.

•    Minimum 02 -03 years’ experience in 3PL and Customer Service.

Modern Freight Company is looking for a dynamic IT Help Desk & ERP Coordinator who can:

  • Be responsible for daily system backups.
  • Create a network User ID and Email ID.
  • Provide IT Training in ERP, MS Office & SharePoint
  • Provide ERP administrative support
  • Provide IT general administrative support
  • Provide technical support to users on IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Ensure the Functioning of MFC IT equipment with minimum downtime.
  • Ensure Anti-virus, windows updates, and patches are up to date on client Machines
  • Create Customer Master in CRM
  • Update VAT & Import Code details in CRM
  • Clear reserves in MFC ERP for certain departments
  • Provide backup support to IT Coordinator

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science


  • Proficient in MS Office with experience in Office 365 & SharePoint
  • MCSA Certification - Preferable

MFC is Hiring-Coordinator Operations – Customs Clearance!

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator - Customs Department to join the MFC Freight Team. The role will be of an Account Handler for our Customs Department Clients and will include all responsibilities related to a Client’s Clearance & Forwarding jobs. This will include the following responsibilities but will be not limited to:
•    Monitoring shipments (sea and air freight with respect to C&F).
•    Coordinate / Liaise with C&F Clearance Team.
•    Liaise with carriers and shipping agents as required.
•    Co-ordinate with Transporters, Shipper & Consignee for effective deliveries and collection. 
•    Invoicing jobs as per KPI.
•    Closure of job files & ensuring all documentation is maintained as per procedures.
•    Coordinate with the transportation team and messengers at regular intervals to collect documents.
•    Coordinate with customers for payments and documents. 
•    Preparing reports at month end for internal use.

The Applicant should have:

•    Knowledge of International Export/Import Trade Documentation requirements, Inco Terms, LC Documentation
•    Well-versed in Online Customs Documentation / Clearances through E-MIRSAL
•    Knowledge of Free zone, GCC Countries Import & Export requirements

Container Inspector – Container Depot Service

We are looking for a Containers Inspector with IICL certification to join our MFC Container Depot Services Team. The role will include all responsibilities related to Container inspection, Surveying, and providing timely repair estimates to the clients. This will include the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a valid IICL certification to issue CSC certificates and carry out all repair-related activities for containers.
  • Survey of incoming containers and upload repair estimates on ERP.
  • Timely reporting of repair estimates(mail/edi) to clients and getting approvals to proceed with repairs.
  • Justifying repair estimates with supporting technical and pictorial evidence as required by clients.
  • Coordination with the repair supervisor on repair lists in order to deliver the targeted TEU output every day.
  • Updating repair, survey, inventory, and other related activities on ERP.
  • Ensuring stock reports are sent to clients in coordination with the depot team.
  • Maintaining proper records, repair tariff, material cost, manpower allocation, and consumables control
  • Ensuring no error in billing caused by Late EDI submissions or incorrect updates on repair and gate moves.
  • Making sure repair profitability is maintained in all jobs.
  • Adhere to a strict ISO- 9001:2015 work environment.

Essential criteria:

  • Valid IICL Dry Van Inspector Certification
  • Minimum 02 years’ experience in this field
  • Clear written and verbal skills in English
