TPI Completes Delivery of 141-Ton Pressure Vessel in partnership with MFC Extreme

MFC Extreme has successfully managed the logistics and delivery of a large industrial pressure vessel for a project client. The unit, weighing 141 tons, measured 18.93 meters in length, 4.65 meters in width, and 4.77 meters in height. TPI was involved in the part chartering of the breakbulk vessel till UAE. MFC team assisted TPI in destination handling.

The scope of work executed by  MFC team included:

• Customs Clearance: Managing all regulatory documentation and approvals.

• Port Handling: Coordinating the discharge and technical requirements at the port.

• Under-hook Receiving: Directly receiving the cargo during the tandem lift from the vessel.

• Site Transportation: Final delivery to the client's facility.

The operation required precise coordination between the rigging teams and heavy-lift operators to ensure the high-pressure vessel was handled safely from discharge to final placement. The project was completed on schedule, adhering to all technical safety protocols for oversized cargo.
