We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager – Freight to support our continued growth and expansion in the logistics sector. This dynamic role will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Drive Sales & Client Acquisition:
  Present, promote, and sell the full range of freight products and services to current and potential clients, including identifying new prospects and following up on leads.
• Campaigns & Relationship Management:
  Lead and organize sales campaigns, schedule client/agent visits, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Operations & Reporting:
  Prepare proposals, update CRM after visits, generate sales reports, and ensure all activities comply with company quality procedures.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  Liaise with customer service and credit control teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment collections.
• Team Support & Supervision:
  Support onboarding of new sales staff and existing sales team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and business targets.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in Freight Forwarding industry.
• Freight forwarding knowledge in Multimodal Transportation.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is required

We are looking for a Coordinator – Operations (Sea Freights - Customer Service) to join the MFC Sea Services Team. 

The role will include the following responsibilities:
•    Single point of contact for assigned customer accounts and guarantee satisfaction and value for our customers.
•    Manage Sea import, export & cross-trades, prepare and follow up quotations.
•    Liaise/coordinate with the sales team, partners/agents, customers, and other service providers and update all live data in CRM as appropriate.
•    Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports and statistical figures on bookings, volumes, and revenue as well as customer ranking.
•    Attend to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.         
•    Support customers through service, education, and effective problem solving.
•    Making cold calls to new and existing customers to promote the company services and secure appointments and pass leads to the Salesperson to have customers visit.

The Applicant should have Experience in:
•    Minimum 03 -05 years experience in Sea Freight Operational process/Customer Service ideally within a Freight Forwarding industry in the UAE.

Qualifications:      Graduate/Diploma
Required Competencies: 
•    Excellent communication skills in English – verbal and written.
•    Disciplined and Organized.
•    Ability to work under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the company’s social media – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
• Manage the company’s business platforms - including Google Business Pages, the corporate websites, and WhatsApp.
• Liaise with industry magazines, news publications, and websites for press releases.
• Content creation – promotions, flyers, online adverts, posters, and all company messaging.
• Management of company websites to ensure Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Collate industry information to be shared as news articles on LinkedIn and the MFC website; track KPIs regarding article submissions by Managers.
• Take photos and videos of all company events and edit them as required using available digital tools for marketing.

• Manage the Media Planner to ensure all content aligns with MFC’s HSSE policies, corporate strategy, values, and ethics.
• Execute all marketing campaigns, including direct email campaigns utilizing CRM database.
• Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations, branding assets, and marketing materials, using and expanding on the MFC brand guide.
• Responsible for the planning, design, setup, and dismantling of all marketing and branding materials for conferences and exhibitions, such as Breakbulk.
• Liaise with all marketing vendors to ensure quality standards, volume requirements, and delivery timelines are met.
• Manage corporate subscriptions for platforms such as Envato and Freepik.
• Valid UAE Driving License holders preferred.
